Our Partners

St. Paul social service has a rich tradition of collaboration.  Working in partnership allows Listening House staff to address the complex needs of guests, facilitate referrals or seek counsel from professionals known to us.  Partners to Listening House staff include:


• Catholic Charities – Dorothy Day Center, Mary Hall (other CC housing programs)
• ACCESS - mental health and chemical health referrals
• Healthcare for the Homeless - general medicine and psychiatry
• Hearth Connection – programs for housing people with a mental illness
• People Inc., - outreach for campers with a mental illness
• North Memorial HIV/AIDS - screening and education clinic (on site)
• Chiropractic Care – On site volunteers, Dr. Bill Barrett and Dr. John Wildenhauer
• Minnesota Veteran’s Outreach team


Other partners actively engaged with staff include: Assumption Church, St. Paul Hotel, Salvation Army, Joseph’s Coat, St. Vincent de Paul, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, and multiple faith communities that organize drives for needed supplies.
