INSIDE OUR SPACE & WHAT WE OFFER
WELCOME
Guests Check-in here. We aim to greet everyone by their name. Guests can see if they have mail, charge electronic devices & can ask for things like OTC medication, playing cards, basic first aid, stamps & headphones .
SLEEP ALCOVES
Six sleep alcoves provide a place for our guests to sleep during our open hours & 3 quiet rooms to provide private space to meet with providers such as case workers and housing workers.
DAY ROOM
Our main space where guests can socialize, enjoy their food, read, watch T.V, play cards & boardgames, draw or color, and enjoy as many cups of coffee and tea as they’d like.
SHOWERS & HYGIENE
We offer four private showers and six bathrooms that are gender neutral & ADA approved. We provide hygiene items such as shampoo, body wash, deodorant, toothbrush/toothpaste, brush/comb, lotion, razors & shaving cream ect.
KITCHEN
A full commercial kitchen. Dinner is served at 5pm. We utilize the kitchen to create snacks and baked goods throughout the day & to keep the coffee and water brewing.
SERENITY AREA
A quiet area where quests can get comfy on our recliners, kick back and rest & enjoy the dimmed lights and quiet calm.
COURTYARD
An interior courtyard where our guests can enjoy the sunshine in peace, take a smoke break, partake in some friendly competition with our patio games & enjoy garden space.
CLOTHING CLOSET
Guests are always eager to take a look inside our clothing closet & go ‘shopping’ for clothing, jackets & coats, baseball caps, belts & backpacks.

Vital Documentation
Assistance obtaining replacement IDs, birth certificates, and other vital documents that are often required for housing, employment, healthcare, and benefits.

Phones, WiFi & Mail
Guests can receive mail, access free WiFi, charge devices, and use phones to stay connected to employers, healthcare providers, housing opportunities, family, and support systems.

Basic First Aid
Bandages, wound care supplies, over-the-counter health items, and referrals to additional medical resources when needed.

Lockers & Secure Storage
Temporary storage options help guests safely store important documents, medications, personal belongings, and other necessities while navigating daily life.

Perhaps our most important offering: a place where people are known by name, treated with dignity, and welcomed without judgment.
